[Normal paradox] The harder it is, the easier it is, and the easier it is, the harder it is

In training and personal development, something that appears very often that prevents someone from breaking through and escaping the current situation is a "loop" or "trap" or "deadlock". . Because A should do B, doing B should receive A, and the more times the circle continues, the deeper it gets, the deeper it gets, the harder it is to escape. Coming back, a quite interesting trap is the "Standard Trap" and it creates creates an interesting paradox: the more difficult it becomes, the easier it becomes, and the easier it becomes, the more difficult it becomes. For example: A student used to doing math must be 10/10 perfect, something he is always looking for. What did I do wrong that didn't get 10, and the goal is very easy to recognize with the brain: a perfect score. In the same case, a child only needs to achieve above average, then there are too many answers for the brain to be above average, scores 6-7-8-9-10, and there are too many combinations of ways to get it. With the above results, the brain is easily confused, difficult to distinguish and difficult to orient specific abilities and plans to achieve goals. It's easy to mean "anything is fine, as long as it's above average" when you don't know why you achieve or don't achieve something, and you won't be able to control yourself in achieving it later. Instead of knowing where you are right, wrong, good, or not good, you will vaguely act like: "Just do enough exercises, skip the lessons that feel too difficult, it's ok, go to extra classes and you'll feel secure." Therefore, the way of learning and the way the brain thinks of a person who sets the absolute goal of "always scoring 5 spiritual points on the test", meaning that 5 points is an absolute goal that must not deviate up or down, will be different from you. “Just 5 is enough.” Similarly: black and white are easier to distinguish than gray areas. The original basic color: blue will be easier to distinguish than all blue tones: light blue, dark blue, jade green, etc. So often, those who are familiar with absolute standards, it is easier to do than standards/ average results/goals. When setting an absolute goal, there is also a huge benefit of challenging the brain to solve the most difficult problem that it can handle with all the resources it has + updating with all the most optimal methods and ways of doing things + "It is the difficult that reveals the wisdom" with the most creative innovations. And certainly, the results achieved regardless of resource capacity... have been and will be the highest possible. Once you get used to the difficult things, the easy things become too easy. And in many situations, when you get used to something easy, it only takes a little more difficulty to get "tired" (psychologically, physically, intellectually). Not to mention other psychosocial factors. When you set an absolute goal: for example - you have tried your best - you have studied all possible documents - the most meticulous, the most responsible, etc. Then you usually have a very healthy and positive mentality when doing anything. .And when you achieve the absolute standard you set, you will gradually become familiar with it to the point of intoxication. For example, people are drunk when running, Ha works or studies passionately and thinks passionately. It's just a loop. Are you passionate about what is your highest standard? However, you also need to avoid some of the following downsides to achieve positive and scientific results: - Being negative because of what has not been done compared to Objectively what has been done. - Focusing too much on goals without researching enough on how to do things, achieving results... to always optimize and persevere in a scientific and practical way. - Subjectively comparing yourself with others. People have the same goal and apply the same method. People often say: those who are good are better, those who are rich are richer, those who are good are better,... it's not natural that it's like that. That's the loop, first is the standard, then the way to do it, the way to develop... And that's also the reason why learning from experts or working with professionals is the fastest, most effective way to acquire and develop. .What is the highest standard/goal/result that I want to aim for? How did I do it and how persistent was it? Do I have any regrets in this life? P.s.1: The tortoise and hare statue in Boston is quite interesting P.s. 2: Just a note for fleeting thoughts thanks to FB to save and share.
