SELF DISCIPLINE

SELF DISCIPLINE

What is that?

Is proactive commitment - responsibility - action with yourself, not important or influenced by:

– Whether there is someone to supervise, evaluate, reward, or recognize or not, you still do it voluntarily and in a disciplined manner.

– Personal emotions: happiness, sadness, despair, …… .or stormy weather, challenging barriers,… still try to do the job with results as close to normal as possible (stable performance).

– Personal views and desires. I don't want to wake up early, but I still wake up on time, on schedule, and prepare everything so meticulously that no one can know with my performance that I absolutely don't like this and want this.

This is something that must be practiced & maintained regularly:

1. From childhood and in the family and school environment.

2. Freedom and an environment where you can make your own decisions and take responsibility without supervision or evaluation.

3. Turn into habits, mastery, and personal living standards.

Here's what it involves:

1. Responsibility (because of responsibility, discipline)

2. Habit (because of being used to discipline since childhood, so discipline is unconscious)

3. Motivation, goals, pain big enough (to achieve the results you want with discipline)

4. Capacity (ability to execute, handle problems, etc. so that we can still act disciplined)

Every free day, Ha distinguishes "going beyond the comfort zone" with "pushing one's own limits". And "push" is different from "force". Who can force themselves to press oil and fat? Pressing is a very temporary, forced, and short-term thing. In personal development, it is extremely toxic.
